Qualifications

• Experience leading accounting and finance functions as a Controller or similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and performance analysis.
• Hands-on QuickBooks experience is required.
• Experience managing sizable teams including direct reports and staff via other leaders.
• Ability to train, coach, and develop internal employees.
• Ability to assess problems quickly, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain financial information clearly.
• Willingness to work hands-on while maintaining oversight of the broader financial operation.
• Multi-entity accounting and finance experience is highly preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience, particularly with billing and collections, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen internal controls and procedures to protect assets and assure accuracy.
