CFS seeks a hands-on Controller to influence business decisions, lead a finance team, and support a high-growth, family-owned organization. The role offers hybrid flexibility with one work-from-home day per week and a salary range of $120,000 - $145,000.

As Controller, you will oversee monthly close, perform profitability analysis, and partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and budgeting. A Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance and 7+ years of related experience are required.

• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience with prior leadership experience.
• Experience leading month-end close and financial analysis activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

• Lead and oversee the monthly financial close process.
• Perform business analysis, profitability reviews, and operational decision-support reporting.
• Partner with leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives and business opportunities.
