Job summary

Confidentiel in Louisa, VA seeks a hands-on Controller to lead all accounting, financial reporting, and cash management. This senior role reports to the CEO and offers high visibility within a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

You will own month-end close, manage cash and forecasting, oversee cost accounting and inventories, and develop budgets and KPIs while leading a small finance team to tighten processes and drive performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience with manufacturing background.
• 3+ years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role.
• Strong in GAAP, cost accounting, and ERP systems.
• Experienced in cash management and full-cycle close.
• Leadership experience; hands-on and detail-oriented.
