A mission-driven nonprofit organization in the DTLA/Silver Lake area is looking to bring on a hands‑on Controller to lead their accounting function during a critical period of growth and upcoming audit activity. Compensation: Up to $150k in base DOE + 9/80 schedule + Benefits

Location: Fully Onsite (5x a week) in the Silverlake/DTLA area

Must-haves (non‑negotiable):

• Nonprofit accounting experience
• 2–3+ years leading audits for the organization (direct audit ownership)
• Proven people leadership experience
• Comfortable being hands‑on while also owning the function end‑to‑end
• NetSuite is a plus
