The person in this role will work closely with executive leadership, influence key finance initiatives, and play an important part in shaping a more scalable accounting function for the future.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead the month‑end close, financial reporting, and day‑to‑day accounting for a growing multi‑entity real estate services business
• Guide consolidations across multiple entities and improve visibility into business performance
• Build stronger controls, cleaner workflows, and scalable reporting processes that support continued expansion
• Oversee fiduciary account activity and help maintain accuracy, compliance, and operational discipline
• Partner with senior leadership on finance priorities, system improvements, and post‑acquisition integration work
• Support banking transitions, entity onboarding, and reporting alignment tied to acquired operations
• Help create practical procedures that improve reporting consistency and decision support
• Coach and develop accounting talent while creating structure in a fast‑moving environment
• Collaborate across leadership and operational teams to support company priorities
