Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting and financial operations for a portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
• Manage the month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Prepare financial statements, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and management reporting packages.
• Oversee the general ledger, account reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Partner closely with ownership on financial planning, investment decisions, and overall business strategy.
• Coordinate with external accountants, tax advisors, lenders, and vendors.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain strong internal controls.
• Support the ongoing management and operational needs of a family office environment.
