We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Controller with a strong background in the legal industry to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial and accounting operations for the company. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other financial reports

- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data

- Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvement

- Manage cash flow and ensure timely payment of invoices and expenses
