Job summary

Selby Jennings is seeking a Controller for an international manufacturer to oversee accounting, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights. This leadership role reports to ownership and senior leadership, owning the full accounting function and driving the company’s financial health.

The role encompasses AR/AP/GL, budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, sales, and marketing to inform strategic decisions and long-term planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, or related industry.
• Understanding of inventory management, invoices, and finished goods.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and managing budgets.
• Experience relaying financial analyses to ownership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
