Job summary

Elevait Solutions LLC in Keene, NH is seeking a Plant Controller to lead the plant's financials, cost accounting, and forecasting. You will drive standard costing, BOM maintenance, and variance analysis while strengthening internal controls and tying financial results to production performance.

You will partner with Operations and senior leadership to deliver insightful reporting and cost improvements within the ERP/MES ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Deep hands on cost accounting experience in a discrete manufacturing environment.
• Standard costing ownership at plant scale, including BOMs, work orders, and variance analysis.
• Working command of internal controls, including SOX compliance over inventory and revenue.
• ERP fluency, with exposure to MES or shop floor data feeding financial processes.
• Able to build monthly plant P&L, inventory, and capital forecasts and explain them clearly to Operations and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the plant’s full financials, including monthly P&L, inventory, and capital forecasting.
• Lead standard costing, BOM maintenance, work order tracking, and variance analysis.
• Enforce and continually improve internal controls, particularly over SOX compliance, inventory, and the revenue cycle.
• Partner with Operations to tie financial results to production performance and identify real cost improvements.
• Deliver audit ready reporting and decision useful analysis to senior leadership.
• Maintain and improve financial processes inside the ERP and MES environment.
• Challenge assumptions and give leadership an honest read on plant performance rather than a comfortable one.

A roughly $100 million discrete manufacturing plant that serves as the flagship US production site for a global industrial products business, building precision equipment and consumables shipped worldwide. The site has had recent capacity investment behind it. This role is the financial lead for that plant, partnered directly with Operations and reporting into senior leadership.
