Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing finance or plant controlling experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of standard costing and inventory control in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant controlling activities including month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Partner with plant leadership to deliver financial analysis, recommendations, and decision support.
• Oversee standard costing, inventory accounting, CAPEX, fixed assets, and cost-improvement initiatives.
• Manage cost-tracking activities including tariffs, surcharges, and customer billing support.
• Strengthen internal controls, support audits, ensure compliance, and improve financial processes.

About the Role
