This role is responsible for accounting accuracy, financial reporting, cost control, and operational financial analysis for one or multiple restaurant locations. The ideal candidate has strong restaurant industry experience and can manage fast-paced, high-volume financial environments.
The required skills for this role include strong analytical abilities, which are essential for interpreting financial data and making informed decisions. Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively convey financial information to non‑financial stakeholders and collaborate with various departments. Leadership skills are crucial for managing and developing the finance team, ensuring they are equipped to meet the organization's financial goals.
