Addison Group is partnering with a manufacturing organization to recruit a Controller who will build and lead the accounting team as the company expands. This role will oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions and establish scalable processes, controls, and reporting structures to support rapid growth both domestically and internationally.

You will drive close processes, consolidate global entities, manage intercompany activity, and lead ERP initiatives to enable scalable finance

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Knowledge of consolidation reporting, foreign currency accounting, and global operations.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain accounting processes for manufacturing operations, including inventory accounting and cost methods.
• Establish scalable accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls for a global organization.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes with timely reporting.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across domestic and international entities.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, eliminations, and multi-currency consolidations.
• Drive ERP and accounting system implementations and process automation.
• Develop financial reporting packages, KPIs, and operational analytics for leadership.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulators.

Addison Group has partnered with a Manufacturing organization looking to add a Controller. The position will build and oversee the accounting team as the organization expands. Leading all accounting/financial reporting functions, this role will be responsible for establishing scalable accounting processes, controls, and reporting structures to support rapid domestic and international growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accounting processes for manufacturing operations, including inventory accounting, standard costing, job costing, labor allocation, overhead absorption, work-in-process (WIP), and cost of goods sold (COGS).
• Establish and maintain scalable accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to support a growing global manufacturing organization.
• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements across multiple domestic and international entities.
• Lead accounting for intercompany transactions, eliminations, foreign currency translation, remeasurement, and multi-currency consolidations.
• Drive ERP and accounting system implementation, optimization, and process automation initiatives to support scalability.
• Develop and maintain financial reporting packages, KPIs, and operational analytics for executive leadership.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banking partners, and regulatory agencies.
