This isn't a back-office role where you'll simply inherit processes and keep them running. You'll have the opportunity to improve them. You’ll report directly to our Chief Financial Officer and play a key leadership role across National Fleet Management and Heavy Duty Truck Supply.
You’ll help determine how we strengthen controls, improve reporting, streamline processes, develop our accounting team, and build a finance operation capable of supporting continued growth.
You’ll help make sure leadership has accurate, timely financial information to make smart decisions.
You’ll:

If your favorite phrase is "there has to be a better way to do this," you'll fit right in. We're looking for someone who doesn't just work within a process but evaluates whether that process still makes sense.
You’ll:
Numbers matter. So do the people behind them.

National Fleet Management offers a competitive benefits package designed to support the health, financial well-being, and professional growth of our team members.
We're not looking for someone who wants to sit on the sidelines of the business. We want a Controller who asks questions. Who sees a manual process and thinks about automation. Who catches the details but doesn't lose sight of the bigger picture. Who can challenge the way something has always been done—and build something better. And who wants to grow as the company grows.
Whether your career ultimately leads to CFO, executive leadership, or another strategic finance role, you’ll have an opportunity to make a measurable impact on the organization you’re helping build.
