The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the CFO, the Corporate Controller will oversee all accounting operations while helping shape the company’s financial foundation. This role is ideal for a builder — someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and rolling up their sleeves in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the accounting function, processes, and infrastructure
• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and controls
• Partner closely with the CFO on strategic financial initiatives

Ideal Background

Qualifications

• CPA required
• Current or recent Controller-level experience, ideally within a middle-market organization
• Public accounting/audit foundation with transition into industry strongly preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, mining, energy, or other cost-accounting/project-based environments
• Exposure to private equity-backed and/or public company environments is a plus
• Proven ability to build processes and operate effectively with ambiguity
• Hands-on, proactive leadership style with a “builder” mentality

Compensation & Structure

Target compensation is up to ~$200K, with final package dependent on experience.
