This is more than a traditional property accounting role. It's a strategic leadership position where your expertise, team leadership, and vision for operational excellence will directly impact how we grow.

  • Contribute to property accounting standardization and best practices across the platform
Strategic Partnerships
  • Partner with Corporate Accounting and FP&A on consolidation, reporting, and strategic financial analyses
  • Coordinate with Internal Audit on control testing, remediation, and audit preparation
  • Provide guidance and training to property finance teams on accounting standards and reporting protocols
  • Conduct property visits to assess operations, financial controls, and team performance
