Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations with emphasis on balance sheet integrity and timely financial reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closes with minimal surprises
• Review reconciliations and resolve issues promptly
• Lead intercompany accounting, eliminations, and allocations across domestic and international entities
• Manage consolidations and parent company reporting
• Apply multi-currency accounting, including revaluation and FX considerations
• Advise on non-routine and complex accounting matters
• Lead external audit processes and support interim/year-end reviews
• Support ERP implementation and drive accounting process improvements
• Coach and develop the accounting team; foster accountability and continuous improvement

You will partner with senior finance to drive GAAP-compliant intercompany activities, consolidations, and international accounting, while guiding an accounting team through system improvements. The role includes involvement in a major ERP implementation and shaping scalable, compliant finance operations. This position offers high visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to influence financial strategy in a complex international environment.
