Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking a high-impact Controller to lead the accounting function, strengthen processes, and partner with executive leadership on strategic decisions.

You will own month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and controls across accounting, FP&A, tax, audit, and related areas in a manufacturing/distribution setting.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of accounting and leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Manufacturing or distribution experience; strong inventory background; ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the accounting function and guide day-to-day activities of the accounting team.
• Drive an efficient month-end close and deliver timely, accurate financial reporting to company leadership.
• Oversee key areas of financial operation: receivables, payables, credit, fixed assets, and inventory.
• Lead budgeting and financial analysis, turning financial results into business insights.
• Ensure strong financial controls and reliable financial information.
• Manage tax, audit, year-end, and external reporting requirements.
• Champion improvements to accounting processes and ERP enhancements.
