The Franchise Automotive Dealer Group Controller is a full-time, hybrid role based in Clovis, NM, with some flexibility for work from home. This role oversees financial operations across the dealership group, including general ledger management, monthly closes, and preparation and analysis of financial statements for multiple locations. The Controller ensures compliance with manufacturer, lender, and regulatory requirements, manages internal controls, and supports audits. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing accounting staff, reviewing reconciliations, monitoring cash flow, coordinating budgets and forecasts, and providing financial insights to executive leadership to support strategic decision-making. The role also collaborates with department managers to improve processes, optimize profitability, and maintain accurate, timely reporting for all stores in the group.
