Job summary

Crossroads Auto Group in Santa Fe, NM is seeking an experienced Automotive Controller to oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support dealership objectives using Dealertrack systems. You will manage daily accounting, prepare financial statements, oversee budgeting and cash flow, coordinate audits, and lead the accounting team to drive compliance and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Automotive Controller or similar financial role in automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of Dealertrack software and dealership financial systems
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and insurance regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
