Job summary

RowAllen Group, a Charlotte-based national corporation, seeks a Corporate Controller reporting to the CFO to lead hands-on accounting and drive accuracy and efficiency. The role includes consolidation, timely reporting to management and the board, and ERP transition support in a highly acquisitive environment.

The candidate will develop policies, KPIs, cash flow projections, and maintain internal controls for financial reporting while supervising staff and ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred.
• 4+ years of accounting supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with ERP implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting including consolidation, reporting to management and board.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Develop KPIs and cash flow projections.

Our client, a family office owned, high-growth Charlotte-based national corporation, seeks to hire a Corporate Controller, reporting to the CFO.

This hands‑on role, will drive accuracy and efficiency in accounting, implementing best accounting process and structure, including an ERP transition. The business is highly acquisitive, having purchased 7+ companies this year with plans to continue on this track for several years to come.

Responsibilities

• Hands‑on responsibility for all areas of the daily accounting function including consolidation, timely reporting (management & BOD), analysis, reconciliations. Responsible for AP, AR, Payroll, recording transactions, adjustments and etc.
• Development and implementation of polices and procedures.
• Development of KPI to track business performance, maintain cash flow projection
• Maintain internal control policies for financial and tax reporting.
• Supervision of staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting. CPA preferred.
• 4+ years of accounting supervisory experience
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Ideally experience with ERP implementation
