You'll work alongside respected AV-rated attorneys and firm leadership, gaining both influence and impact while also leading a team. Beyond the numbers, you'll find a collaborative culture that values your insights, supports your professional growth, and is genuinely invested in your long-term career success.

A Day in the Life

Some days you may be deep in analysis, others focused on advancing system upgrades or coordinating with auditors and tax advisors. Every day, your expertise will play a critical role in safeguarding the firm's financial health and driving its long-term success.

  • Compliance & Internal Controls - Safeguard the firm's assets and integrity by maintaining strong internal controls, ensuring compliance with IOLTA and tax regulations, overseeing audits and payroll, and leading system upgrades and process improvements in alignment with GAAP and firm policies.
  • Team Leadership - Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promote accountability and continuous improvement, manage vendor and payment processes, and provide financial training and guidance to attorneys and administrative teams.
Qualifications:

  • High integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
