Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking a strategic, hands-on Controller / Accounting Manager to lead the financial operations of a mission-driven organization. You will partner with executive leadership to ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and sound fiscal planning.

In this full-time role, you will oversee the entire accounting function, drive budgeting and forecasting, and provide timely financial insights to the board and leadership team. A CPA and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience.
• CPA license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting best practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficient in MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Develop and coordinate annual operating and capital budgets.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting.
• Oversee inventory controls, client billing, cash activity, and fixed assets.
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Present financial information to executives and board committees.
• Serve as trusted advisor promoting prudent financial management and strong internal controls.

What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Need to be Considered
