Job summary

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is currently recruiting for a seasoned Controller to join a manufacturing client located in Benicia, CA. This is a full‑time, onsite opportunity ideal for a professional with a strong background in manufacturing finance and cost accounting. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with leadership to maintain financial integrity and operational efficiency.

Key Duties

• Oversee daily accounting functions and ensure smooth financial operations.

Candidate Profile

• Industry Experience: Must have a background in manufacturing.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Experience: 10‑20 years in a Controller role within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Skilled in interpreting financial data and identifying trends.
• Proven leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficient in financial systems, including ERP platforms and Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and financial regulations.
