About the Role One year into this role, you'll have brought real structure to Candor's finance function: payroll runs accurately and on time for both internal staff and contracted field professionals, timekeeping data is reconciled cleanly against district contracts, receivables are current with a disciplined collections rhythm, and month-end close happens on a predictable schedule with financials leadership can trust at a glance.
