Job summary

gpac LLC in Austin seeks a Controller to own the accounting function, lead month-end close, and drive financial strategy during a growth phase including acquisitions and PE partnerships. You will collaborate directly with leadership and shape the company's long-term direction.

The role requires deep experience in accounting leadership, POC revenue recognition, and budgeting, with CPA preferred. You’ll influence budgeting, cash flow, and internal controls while building a strong finance team.

Qualifications

• Controller or senior accounting leadership experience.

• Construction and POC accounting experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.

An established, fast-growing contractor in Austin is hiring a Controller to own its accounting function and help steer its next stage of growth, including acquisitions and private equity partnerships. You'll have real influence, work directly with leadership, and see your work shape where the business goes.
