Job summary

A Senior Controller position is available within a PE-owned company, reporting to the President and serving on the Executive Leadership team. You will oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal controls, while developing strategic models and dashboards to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities include managing the monthly close, delivering financial statements, building EBITA models, and cash flow forecasting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a Controller role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with EBITA modeling, cash flow forecasting, and operational financial analysis.

You will develop strategic modeling that will drive critical business decisions, building the dashboards and forecasting that facilitate clear visibility of company performance.

• Deliver timely and accurate financial statements
• Build financial models and forecasting tools to support EBITA growth initiatives and strategic decision-making
• Implement and manage 13-week cash flow forecasting models
• Responsible for debt covenant compliance calculations
• Develop and enforce internal controls and consistent accounting policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a Controller role
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Experience with EBITA modeling, cash flow forecasting, and operational financial analysis
