Par Health is seeking a Specialist, Controlled Substances Compliance - Analyst to review direct customer orders flagged for compliance, perform follow-ups, and support the Suspicious Order Monitoring Team. The role involves ensuring SOPs are followed, maintaining KYC materials, and coordinating with sales and compliance staff to reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, including statistical analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review direct customer orders flagged for review and recommend disposition per SOPs.
• Coordinate with National Account Directors and Product Managers to gather information for decision making on flagged orders.
• Review customer forecasts for focus products.
• Contact direct customers for due diligence information as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation for DEA reporting of suspicious orders.
• Review Direct Order Dashboard and other data to detect patterns related to specific customers.
• Track metrics for SOMT reporting.
