Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years in valve repair preferred
• Ability to read and understand customer data sheets for final assembly of control valves and regulators
• Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic positioners/controllers and related test procedures

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and assemble control valves and regulators per repair orders and OEM manuals
• Inspect parts for critical dimensions and maintain material segregation
• Calibrate positioners and controllers; set valve travel and bench set on actuators
• Complete quality control sheets with date, sign-off and status
• Tag, seal, and prepare products for shipping following safety and paint procedures
• Travel within Gulf Coast region as required
