Job summary

Mercor is seeking an Engineering Simulation Specialist for a remote contract role. You will develop simulations and specification sheets for AI models to design artifacts like controller gains and circuit parameters, define thresholds, and create prompts for model evaluation.

You will collaborate with AI research teams to ensure outputs meet engineering standards and work asynchronously in a browser-based studio and GitHub to enhance model reasoning.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent industry track record.

Position: Engineering Simulation Specialist

Type: Contract

Compensation: $60–$90/hour

Role Responsibilities

Qualifications
