KBR is seeking a Control Systems Engineer to define requirements and oversee design, integration, and commissioning of automation across magnet manufacturing processes. You will coordinate PLC/DCS logic, instrumentation, and HMIs while ensuring safety and reliability in complex EPC projects.

Responsibilities include leading FATs/SATs, troubleshooting during startup, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable automation solutions in a global engineering environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, controls, mechanical engineering or related discipline.
• 4+ years as a Control Systems Engineer on EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of PLC/DCS platforms & industrial instrumentation.
• Experience with chemical/thermal processing or minerals/manufacturing.
• Hands-on commissioning/startup experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define control system requirements for all phases of magnet manufacturing.
• Select and integrate automation equipment and packaging systems.
• Develop, review, or oversee PLC/DCS logic, alarms, and HMI graphics.
• Lead FATs, SATs, and on-site commissioning activities.
• Implement safety interlocks, permissives, and shutdown logic.
