Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or ability to obtain GED within 6 months.
• Standard computer/technology skills.
• Prior security experience required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Law enforcement or military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
• Monitor facility and security alarms, calls, and urgent situations in emergency center.
• Dispatch fire, medical, and chemical emergency response teams as needed.
• Conduct patrols inside/outside client’s premises in various conditions.
• Report safety issues and suspicious activity in writing.
• Work in a team to achieve site goals.
