Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Control Room Operator to execute approved plant start-up/shutdown procedures while ensuring the facility meets its operational, environmental, and safety commitments. The role involves guiding other operators, monitoring boiler and turbine systems, and interpreting blueprints and P&ID diagrams.

Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving skills, strong safety focus, and the ability to respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• ASME QRO Provisional Licensing exam required within the first year of holding the position.
• Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Crane, Auxiliary, and Back Plant Operators to maintain a safe and efficient operation.
• Effectively monitor operations systems and have strong working knowledge of boiler, turbine, and auxiliary equipment operations.
• Reading blueprints, P&ID's, and schematic specifications.
