Job summary

Amrize seeks a Control Room Operator to join our Portland Cement Plant in Colorado. You will report to the Process & Quality Area Manager and support safe, efficient control room operations on multiple shifts.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least 3 years in a control room at a manufacturing plant, and a strong commitment to safety, PPE, and teamwork. Cement process knowledge is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of experience working in a control room at a manufacturing plant.
• Willingness to work multiple shifts; cement process knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
• Manage material flow and quality, and ensure equipment checklists are performed.
• Maintain control room activities and verify efficient processing.
• Adhere to health, safety and environmental policies and promote a safety culture.
