Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor critical cement plant control systems.
• Follow safety guidelines (OSHA, MSHA) and maintain logs.
• Respond to alarms and anomalies to maintain stability and quality.
• Support maintenance tasks and troubleshoot as needed.
• Train operators and participate in team meetings.
