Job summary

The Bergaila Companies in Spring, TX seeks a Control Room Oil Field Operator to monitor facilities for gas and liquid leaks and support safer field operations from the control room.

You will perform daily monitoring, share safety updates, and document events in logs, while ensuring wellhead equipment is ready for Wellwork interventions. This 14/14 rotation demands attention to detail and strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Full or secondary education required; background in field tech helpful.
• Strong focus on safety, health, and environmental practices.
• Experience with pipeline operations or related regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facilities and identify gas and liquid leaks from the control room.
• Attend daily toolbox and safety meetings; document safety observations.
• Report events and deviations in the log book during shifts.
• Ensure well diagnostics are complete before requesting Well Work intervention.
• Take samples for laboratory analysis and perform field tests.
• Maintain wellhead and surface equipment readiness for interventions.
• Maintain continuous control room coverage on a 14/14 rotation.
