Job summary

The Bergaila Companies in Baker, MT is seeking a Field Operator to support oilfield production and maintenance. You will work with compressors, pumps, ESPs, water injection systems, and related equipment to keep facilities running smoothly.

This position requires hands-on troubleshooting, adherence to safety practices, and the ability to read control systems such as EVIN, Cygnet, and SAP. Mon–Fri 6:30 AM–3:00 PM with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting oilfield equipment.
• Ability to operate and interpret control systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work safely in adverse weather.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot oilfield equipment.
• Operate production and water injection facilities.
• Monitor storage tanks and flare systems; oversee water treatment units.
• Interpret control systems data and respond to alarms.
