The Bergaila Companies is seeking Oilfield Lease Operators to join their team near Three Rivers, TX. This 12+ month contract role requires hands‑on experience with oilfield operations, artificial lift, and SCADA/Cygnet systems.

You will operate and optimize production assets, adhering to safety standards in a dynamic environment. Candidates should have 1+ year of oilfield experience, strong problem‑solving skills, and be willing to work an 8/6 rotation within the Three Rivers area.

Qualifications

• Minimum oilfield experience (1+ years)
• Strong knowledge of artificial lift and plunger lift operations
• Proficiency with SCADA/Cygnet systems and production software (eVIN)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and production issues
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must reside within 50-60 miles of Three Rivers, TX
• Ability to work in an 8/6 shift rotation
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards and company policies
