Engineering Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Control Panel Shop Lead to head and manage assigned customer projects, ensuring timely completion and high quality while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will build and wire complex industrial control panels, read electrical schematics, supervise assemblers, and travel up to 15% to customer sites.

Strong focus on safety and 6S is required. A high school diploma with 3+ years of panel-building experience is required; a 2-year

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in building and wiring industrial control panels.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Must hold valid driver’s license with ability to travel to other work locations.
• Demonstrate computer literacy, including use of Microsoft Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate a team of Assemblers and Technicians for assigned projects.
• Act as liaison between the customer and Production team for assigned projects.
• Ensure consistent quality across projects and manage projects within estimated hours.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Manage and track resources to ensure project is on track to meet due date.
• Review BOM for accuracy prior to releasing to purchasing.
• Build and wire complex industrial control panels from start to finish by following electrical schematics.
