Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical experience or related education preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and project oversight capability.
• Ability to read, interpret, and markup electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Exercise safe electrical practices and identify hazards.
• Read drawings, interpret specs, and note revisions for As-Built drawings.
• Oversee panel building, wiring, testing, and installation readiness.
• Mentor Panel Shop Techs and support quality control tasks.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers; ensure documents are complete.
