Job summary

Panelmatic Inc. is seeking a dedicated Wiring Technician Lead to guide a team in wiring and assembling custom electrical control panels. You will ensure work follows engineering drawings, project specs, and Panelmatic standards, while supporting daily scheduling and safety practices.

Responsibilities include mentoring technicians, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with production leadership to meet project timelines and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical panel wiring or related manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Wiring Technicians and provide day-to-day direction and technical support.
• Review drawings and project specifications to determine assembly and wiring requirements.
• Prioritize daily work based on schedules and production needs.
• Assemble subpanels, install DIN rails and electrical components, and terminate wires per Panelmatic standards.
• Inspect wiring and panel assemblies for quality and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot wiring issues and guide technicians in resolving discrepancies.
• Mentor and train junior technicians on wiring techniques and safety practices.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe work area and support testing and final quality checks.
