Job summary

CommTech Global is seeking a Panel Assembly Technician to assemble instrumentation control panels for the renewable and fossil fuel energy sector. You will follow instructions from the Director of Operations, manufacture panels to specifications, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of instrumentation, electrical, or mechanical experience. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of instrumentation, electrical, and/or mechanical experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook; basic Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to learn company-specific applications and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble instrumentation control panels per project specifications.
• Interpret wiring and assembly drawings accurately.
• Troubleshoot panel wiring, fix component malfunctions.
• Mount components to panels and enclosures as drawings require.
• Route and bundle wires neatly to meet wiring standards.
• Collaborate with non-technical and admin teams to complete projects.
