OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking an Electrical Assembly Technician to help build industrial control panels and electrical systems for manufacturing facilities, utilities, and industrial operations. This hands-on role offers a clear growth path from basic assembly to advanced panel building and testing.

Depending on experience, you may start with foundational skills or take on more complex panel-building responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and follow technical drawings.
• Experience with assembly, wiring, and electrical panel components.
• Willingness to learn and safety-focused in a manufacturing setting.

Responsabilités

• Cut, strip, label, and organize electrical wire per specs.
• Install DIN rail, back panels, terminals, relays, breakers, transformers.
• Mount devices per drawings; assist material staging and shop organization.
• Read schematics and route wiring in control panels.
• Verify wiring accuracy and support inspections and testing.
• Independently build panels with guidance based on experience.
