• 1–3 years in a technical manufacturing position.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Must be able to work 8 hours on feet and 8am–5pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. continuously.

Responsibilities

• Assemble control panels according to engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Install components such as PLCs, relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, and other electrical devices.
• Perform wiring and interconnection of control panels as per wiring diagrams.
• Strip, crimp, and terminate wires accurately.
• Label and organize wiring for a clean, professional appearance.
