Job summary

R. Stahl Group in Texas is seeking an Assembly/Wire Technician to build electrical and mechanical products per drawings and Bill of Materials. You will wire panels, cabinets and sub-assemblies according to instructions.

The role requires basic reading of schematics, BOMs, and design specs; candidate should have 1+ year manufacturing experience, ability to work overtime, and willingness to work evenings/weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

Minimum one year experience in manufacturing environment.
2-3 years’ experience in wiring preferred.
Basic ability to read design specifications, technical drawings and bill of materials.
Must be able to read wiring diagrams.
Must be able to work over 40 hours a week as necessary.
Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.

Responsibilities

Assembles electrical and mechanical products or sub-assemblies according to instructions and diagrams.
Wires electrical and automation products, panels, cabinets and sub-assemblies per drawings.
Operates hand tools, power tools and production equipment.
Maintains the highest level of quality on all production output.
Assists in monitoring inventory.
Assists with quarterly and annual physical inventory counts.
Works safely and maintains a clean, organized work area.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
