Action Group Staffing is seeking an experienced Panel Technician in the Duncanville/DeSoto area to join a full-time team. You will assemble industrial control panels from electrical schematics, read wiring diagrams, and use hand and power tools.

Compensation is $16.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to interpret blueprints, and the capacity to work safely in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • Experience assembling electrical control panels.
  • Proficient with hand and power tools.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently or on a team.
  • Must pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

  • Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work orders.
  • Assemble control panels according to drawings.
  • Install and route wiring and components.
  • Inspect panels for wiring and quality.
  • Perform functional testing to ensure proper operation.
  • Document production and quality records.
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area.
  • Follow safety and quality procedures.

Panel TechnicianAction Group Staffing is currently seeking an experienced Panel Technician for a full-time opportunity in the Duncanville/DeSoto area.Pay: $16.00/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Employment: Full-Time

Position Summary

The Panel Technician will assemble industrial control panels using electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and production work orders. This position requires previous experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to safely work with hand and power tools.

PANEL TECHNICIAN-DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and work orders.
  • Assemble electrical control panels according to drawings and specifications.
  • Install and route wiring, electrical components, and hardware.
  • Verify materials against the bill of materials for each project.
  • Inspect completed panels for proper wiring, assembly, and overall quality.
  • Perform functional testing to ensure proper panel operation.
  • Complete required production and quality documentation.
  • Properly use and maintain hand and power tools.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous panel assembly or related electrical/industrial experience is required.
  • Must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout the shift.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
