The ideal candidate will have a BS in a technical field, at least 5 years of experience in a 24/7 production setting, and proficiency in job scheduling with tools such as BMC Control-M and scripting in Perl or Python. This role includes responsibilities such as UC4 upgrades and system integrations, offering a dynamic environment for problem solvers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working in a production 24 x 7 environment.
• Minimum 3 years developing and supporting job schedules in a critical production environment.
• Strong business process, analysis and problem diagnosis background.
• Proficient in job scheduling design, implementation, QA and operational support.
• BMC Control-M and/or Automic Application Automation Engine.
• Strong business process, analysis and problem diagnosis background.
• Experience with networking, Unix & Windows operating systems and Oracle databases.
• Superior problem solving skills with emphasis on quick problem resolution.
• Perl, CGI and Unix scripting experience.
