Responsibilities

• Provide IT operations support for Production, Scheduling and Controls Team.
• Support PS&C team using BMC Control-M for enterprise scheduling and analysis.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize job schedules with Tier I/II guidance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and operating systems.
• Prepare documentation and assist with incident response and recovery plans.
• Respond to triage requests and escalations promptly.
