Overview: The Institutional Services Risk Control Design Specialist will have a specific focus analyzing process and control design. The position is responsible for coordinating with our business partners across the segment with the objective of providing critical review and challenge on process design, facilitating process improvement, and ultimately supporting the establishment and maintenance of an effective and sustainable control environment.
This position reports to the Institutional Services Head of Control Design. The individual would support process and control design analysis by effectively coordinating with business partners, reviewing process documentation, performing walkthroughs, providing feedback, and ultimately enabling the establishment of effective control processes to address relevant risks.

Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years' relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years' experience in the Banking and Capital Markets industry. Three years of experience in formulating, developing and working within cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication, cross-functional collaboration and management skills. Ability to communicate concepts/theories and develop alternative recommendations. Ability to make effective presentations to all levels of the organization. Ability to build consensus, and move projects forward despite roadblocks and competing functional priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in quantitative/analytical discipline such as Finance, Accounting or Economics, and/or a Master’s degree. Public accounting experience on audits of banking industry SEC registrants is preferred.
The pay range for this position is $82,100.00 - $136,900.00 Annual (USD).
