Job summary

HF Sinclair Corporation is seeking a Shift Foreman for the Midstream Control Center in Artesia, NM. You will supervise the control room team, monitor startups and emergencies, and ensure safe, efficient pipeline operations in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of field experience, 3+ years in the industry, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Strong leadership and safety compliance are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of on-the-job experience and at least three years’ industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience required.
• Experience with industrial safety and environmental compliance; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of control room operations.
• Supervise controllers on-shift during startups, shutdowns, and emergencies.
• Update and draft procedures for new assets; review tickets and line fill reports.
• Ensure pipelines run efficiently and provide first-level support for on-duty controllers.
• Escalate issues to management and provide performance feedback.
• Promote HF Sinclair’s Mission and Values; uphold safety and environmental standards.
