Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Level II Control Center Operator to independently manage routine to moderately complex OCC work from recognition through closure. The role requires applying procedures, coordinating with teams, and acting as a technical resource for Level I Operators.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of control center or renewable energy operations experience.
• Working knowledge of utility-scale renewables, SCADA/control behavior, and telemetry.
• Ability to analyze conditions, prioritize independently, and communicate complex technical information clearly.
• Strong organizational, customer service, interpersonal, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level I responsibilities consistently and independently for assigned qualifications and focus roles.
• Own standard events, investigations, and coordination activities through completion or escalation.
• Distinguish and communicate ownership of conditions among teams.
• Apply procedures to conditions using Fleetview, HMI/SCADA, OpLog, CMMS, and other resources to progress work.
• Execute generator, POI, inverter, tracker, outage, switching actions per controls and communications.
